Order Processing

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. You can expect an email to let you know when your order is on the way, which will include tracking information. 

Please note extended processing times for pre-sale orders. While you will receive an order confirmation immediately following your order submission, please allow 4 weeks for processing all orders marked pre-sale. 

Shipping Rates and Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on contents of order, which determine weight and dimensions of shipping package, and destination. We do not ship outside of the United States (i.e., U.S. contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and select U.S. territories) and Canada at this time.

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days from order receipt (i.e., after processing time). Shipping speed will vary based on shipping provider (e.g., USPS Priority mail delivery is 2-3 days] and destination. 

Free Shipping Offer

We offer free domestic shipping for all orders over $100 within the contiguous United States (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and any other U.S. territories). Free shipping will be delivered using economy shipping. 

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and International Shipping:

We offer shipping to select non-contiguous U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as Puerto Rico and select U.S. territories.

Currently, international shipping is only offered to the following countries: Canada. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery time expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination (e.g., 8 to 20 days); please note estimated delivery time based on your shipping selection at checkout.

In addition, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. 40rty Calling LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Refund, Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returned item(s) must be unused and in their original condition. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@40rtycalling.com with your order number and a description and/or photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but our goal is your satisfaction, so we will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
